عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Everything that grows in al-Haram (the sacred area) is prohibited (restricted) for all people.’”

[2]« ما كان داخلا عليك» ظاهره جواز قطع اغصان شجر دخل على الإنسان في منزله و إن لم ينبت فيه و هو خلاف المشهور و يمكن أن يكون المراد جواز قطع ما نبت بعد اتخاذ الموضع منزلا و عدم جواز قطع ما نيت قبله كما سيأتي في خبر حماد[ تحت رقم 6] موافقا للمشهور.( آت)ص 231
