AI-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated, from Mu‘afla’ ibn Muhammad, from al-Hassan ibn Ali, from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from al- Fadl abu af-‘Abbas who has said the following: “About the words of Allah: ‘Complete al-Hajj and al-‘Umrah for the sake of Allah’ (2:196) abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that they are obligatory.”
