Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from ‘Abd al-Rahman from Humran who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram can wear trousers if one does not find loincloth and al-Khuffayn (shoes) if one cannot find Na’l (sandals). ‘“(Fatwa best explains this Hadith)
