بَابُ الرَّجُلِ يُحْرِمُ فِي قَمِيصٍ أَوْ يَلْبَسُهُ بَعْدَ مَا يُحْرِمُ‌

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ وَ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ فِي رَجُلٍ أَحْرَمَ وَ عَلَيْهِ قَمِيصٌ قَالَ

يَنْزَعُهُ وَ لَا يَشُقُّهُ وَ إِنْ كَانَ لَبِسَهُ بَعْدَ مَا أَحْرَمَ شَقَّهُ وَ أَخْرَجَهُ مِمَّا يَلِي رِجْلَيْهِ.

English translationMuhammad Sarwar

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar from more than one person who has said the following: “About a man who wore a shirt in the state of Ihram, he (the Imam) said, ‘He must take it off but must not tear it; and if he has worn it after assuming the state of Ihram, he must tear it and take it off from the sides of his legs.’”
