إِنْ نَتَفَ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنْ شَعْرِ لِحْيَتِهِ وَ غَيْرِهَا شَيْئاً فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ مِسْكِيناً فِي يَدِهِ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one in the state of Ihram pulls out a hair from his beard or from other parts of his body, he must feed one destitute person in his hand (with one meal).”’

[2]لعل المراد باطعامه في يده تصدقه بكفه او بكفيه من الطعام.( كذا في هامش المطبوع) و حمل الشيخ اخبار عدم الكفّارة على الساهى و قال بعد ايراد هذا الخبر: قوله عليه السلام:« لا يضر» يريد أنّه لا يستحق عليه العقاب لان من تصدق بكف من الطعام فانه لا يستضر بذلك و انما يكون الضرر في العقاب او ما يجرى مجرى ذلك. انتهى و لا يخفى بعده و يمكن حمل الكفّارة على الاستحباب ان لم يتحقّق اجماع على الوجوب.( آت)ص 361
