A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and Sahl ibn Ziyad all from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from al-Mufaddal ibn Salih who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one in the state of Ihram kills a sandgrouse, he owes one lamb which is weaned and grazes shrubs.’”
