بَابُ رَمْيِ الْجِمَارِ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ‌

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْغُسْلِ إِذَا رَمَى الْجِمَارَ فَقَالَ رُبَّمَا فَعَلْتُ وَ أَمَّا مِنَ السُّنَّةِ فَلَا وَ لَكِنْ مِنَ الْحَرِّ وَ الْعَرَقِ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, about Ghusl (bath) when throwing pebbles on al- Jamar. He (the Imam) said, ‘You perhaps can take Ghusl (bath) but it is not of the Sunnah except because of heat and perspiration.’”
