Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn abu Nasr has narrated from ‘Abd al-Karim ibn ‘Amr from Zurarah who has said the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘One who cannot find an offering and likes to fast the three days during the first ten days, it is not an offense for him to do so.”

[2]الحصبة- بالفتح-: الابطح و انما أضاف يوم النفر إليه لان من السنة أن ينزل فيه إذا بلغ في نفره إليه و يستفاد من هذا الحديث و ما في معناه ممّا يأتي جواز صيام اليوم الثالث عشر في هذه الصورة و لا بأس به فيخص المنع من صام أيّام التشريق بغيرها لتخصيص منع الصيام في السفر بغير الثلاثة الأيّام إلّا أنّه يأتي ما ينافيه و يظهر من كلام بعض أهل اللغة ان يوم الحصبة اليوم الرابع عشر و لا يلائمه هذه الأخبار.( فى)ص 507
