أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ عِيصِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مُتَمَتِّعٍ يَدْخُلُ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ قَالَ فَلَا يَصُومُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ وَ لَا يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ وَ يَتَسَحَّرُ لَيْلَةَ الْحَصْبَةِ فَيُصْبِحُ صَائِماً وَ هُوَ يَوْمُ النَّفْرِ وَ يَصُومُ يَوْمَيْنِ بَعْدَهُ.

Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ‘Is ibn al-Qasim who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is for al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous), arrives on the day of al-Tarwiyah (eight of Dhu al-Hajj ah) and he does not have offering animal with him. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must not fast that day or on the day of ‘Arafah. He can eat food before dawn on the day of al-Hasabah, and in the morning he will be fasting; it is the day to leave, and two more days thereafter.’”

[3]« فلا يصوم» المشهور بين الاصحاب جواز صوم يوم التروية و يوم عرفة و صوم الثالث بعد أيّام التشريق بل ادعى عليه الإجماع و ظاهر الخبر و اخبار آخر عدم الجواز و يمكن حملها على الكراهة و حمل هذا الخبر على ما إذا كان دخوله بعد الزوال و اللّه يعلم.( آت)ص 508
