عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ حَيْدَرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

5. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from certain individuals of his people from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Asamm from Haydarah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Jihad (serving in the army) is the most virtuous task except obligatory (prayers) matters.”
