2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: “About the case of a man who dies indebted and someone guarantees the creditors to pay them on behalf of the deceased, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If the creditors agree with such guarantees, the deceased becomes free of his responsibility for payment of debts he owed.”’
