قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ مَنِ اتَّجَرَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ارْتَطَمَ فِي الرِّبَا ثُمَّ ارْتَطَمَ قَالَ وَ كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع يَقُولُ لَا يَقْعُدَنَّ فِي السُّوقِ إِلَّا مَنْ يَعْقِلُ الشِّرَاءَ وَ الْبَيْعَ.

23. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Talhah ibn Zayd who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘If one does business without knowledge, he plunges in Riba ’ again and again.’ Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), would also say, ‘One who does not understand buying and selling must not sit in the market place for doing business.’”

[4]في الفقيه« فلا يقعدن» موصولا« بثم ارتطم» بحذف ما بينهما. و ارتطم في الوحل و نحوه وقع فيه وقوعا لم يقدر معه على الخروج منه و هو وصف مستعار لغير الفقيه باعتبار انه لا يتمكن من الخلاص من الربا و ذلك لكثرة اشتباه مسائله بمسائل البيع.( فى)ص 154
