A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from A number of our people have narrated from Ali ibn Asbat from Husayn ibn Kharijah from Muyassir ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘You must not form contracts with people who suffer from crippling diseases; they are most unjust things’ (do not avoid transmitting their disease to others).”
