عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَلَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع وَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

لَا بَأْسَ بِأَجْرِ السِّمْسَارِ إِنَّمَا يَشْتَرِي لِلنَّاسِ يَوْماً بَعْدَ يَوْمٍ بِشَيْءٍ مُسَمًّى إِنَّمَا هُوَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْأُجَرَاءِ.

4. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from and Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn Mahbub from abu Wallad from abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and others from abu Ja‘far (a.s.), who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘Brokerage fee is not unlawful; he only buys for people every now and then for a known amount. He in fact works on hire.’”
