الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

كَانَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ع لَا يَرُدُّ الَّتِي لَيْسَتْ بِحُبْلَى إِذَا وَطِئَهَا وَ كَانَ يَضَعُ لَهُ مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا بِقَدْرِ عَيْبِهَا.

7. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said that Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), would not return a non-pregnant slave-girl after doing sexual intercourse but he (the Imam) would deduct from her price proportionate to the cost of the defect.’”
