مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الْجَمَّالِ يَكْسِرُ الَّذِي يَحْمِلُ أَوْ يُهَرِيقُهُ قَالَ

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘Abbas ibn Musa from Yunus from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following: “About the case of a camel man who breaks what he carries or spills, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If he is trusted, there is nothing on him; but if he is not trusted then he is liable.’”
