عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع‌ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَأْخُذَ الرَّجُلُ الدَّرَاهِمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَ يَكْتُبَ لَهُمْ سَفَاتِجَ أَنْ يُعْطُوهَا بِالْكُوفَةِ.

English translationMuhammad Sarwar

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘It is not unlawful if a man takes dirhams in Makkah and writes for them (his people) notes to pay them in al-Kufah.’”
