عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يَسْتَأْجِرُ الدَّارَ ثُمَّ يُؤَاجِرُهَا بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا اسْتَأْجَرَهَا قَالَ

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “About the case of a man who leases a house then rents to someone else for more than what he has rented for, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not valid unless he introduces something in it.’”
