8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from certain persons of our people from Mansur ibn al-‘ Abbas from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin from al-Husayn ibn Mayyah from ‘Umayyah ibn ‘Amr form al-Sha‘iyriy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), would say, ‘If one is calling to what he sells, you do not have to increase; only announcing makes increasing unlawful and remaining silent makes the increase lawful.’”
