Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Bandar has narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Ahmad ibn al-Nadr from certain persons of his people from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, saying, ‘If one marries a woman for the sake of her wealth, Allah makes that wealth his (only) refuge.’”
