مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:

مَنِ ادَّعَى الْإِمَامَةَ وَ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abdallah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa fromAli ibn al-Hakam fromAban from al-Fudayl from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following. “Whoever would claim to be the Imam and in fact he would not be the Imam he would be a unbeliever.”
