عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ع فِي خَصِيٍّ دَلَّسَ نَفْسَهُ لِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا قَالَ

فَقَالَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِنْ شَاءَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ وَ يُوجَعُ رَأْسُهُ وَ إِنْ رَضِيَتْ بِهِ وَ أَقَامَتْ مَعَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا بَعْدَ رِضَاهَا بِهِ أَنْ تَأْبَاهُ.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from ibn Bukayr from his father who has said the following: “About the case of a castrated man who cheats and marries a Muslim woman, one of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘They are separated from each other if she wants and he will have a headache, but if she agrees and stays with him, after her agreement she cannot deny him.’”
