3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people from ‘Abd al-Hamid al-Ta’iy who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), if I can marry and go to bed with her without paying anything. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, you can do so and it is a debt on you.’”
