أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ:

قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَمَسَهَا قَالَ هِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَ ابْنِهِ وَ مَهْرُهَا وَاجِبٌ.

Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from ibn Muskan from al-Hassan ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who has married a woman and has touched her. He (the Imam) (a.s.), said, ‘She is unlawful to his father and her mahr (dower) is obligatory.’”
