الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ حُبْلَى أَ يَتَزَوَّجُ أُخْتَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَضَعَ قَالَ

8. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Zurarah who has said the following: “About the case of a man who divorces his wife and she is pregnant; if he can marry her sister before she gives birth, he (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘He must not marry her until her time is complete.’”
