قُلْتُ كَيْفَ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمُتْعَةَ قَالَ تَقُولُ يَا أَمَةَ اللَّهِ أَتَزَوَّجُكِ كَذَا وَ كَذَا يَوْماً بِكَذَا وَ كَذَا دِرْهَماً فَإِذَا مَضَتْ تِلْكَ الْأَيَّامُ كَانَ طَلَاقُهَا فِي شَرْطِهَا وَ لَا عِدَّةَ لَهَا عَلَيْكَ.

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: “I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about how al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) is formed?’ He (the Imam) said that you must say, ‘O female servant of Allah, I marry you for so and so many days for such and such amount of dirham as mahr (dower).’ When the days pass her divorce is her condition and she does not need waiting period.’”

[1]أي يجوز لك تزويج الاخت في عدتها و كذا الخامسة على القول بكونها من الاربع أو يكون على القلب اي لا يلزمك في عدتها نفقة و لا سكنى و قيل: المراد بالعدة العدد اي لا يلزمك رعاية كونها من الاربع و لا يخفى بعده و الأظهر هو الأول و يؤيد المشهور و ينفى مذهب المفيد من المنع من اختها في عدتها.( آت)ص 456
