وَ رَوَى هِشَامُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنْهُ ع أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَاةَ وَحْدَهُ ثُمَّ يَجِدُ جَمَاعَةً قَالَ يُصَلِّي مَعَهُمْ وَ يَجْعَلُهَا الْفَرِيضَةَ إِنْ شَاءَ.

Hadith.1131 - Hisham ibn Salim narrated from him (as) that He said regarding a man who prays alone and then finds a congregation: "He may pray with them and count it as his obligatory (fardh) prayer if he wishes”.

[1]ظاهره جواز العدول و تغيير النية بعد الفعل، و منهم من أرجع فاعل« يجعلها» الى اللّه تعالى كما يظهر من الخبر الآتي، و منهم من قال: المراد فريضة أخرى من قضاء و غيره، و الأظهر أن المراد أنّه ينويها من نوع الفريضة أي الظهر مثلا و ان نوى بها الاستحباب.ص 384
