وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْوَاسِطِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

كَتَبْتُ إِلَى الرِّضَا ع- إِذَا انْكَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَ الْقَمَرُ وَ أَنَا رَاكِبٌ لَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَى النُّزُولِ فَكَتَبَ ع إِلَيَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مَرْكَبِكَ الَّذِي أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِ.

Hadith.1528 - It is reported from Ali ibn al-Fadl al-Wasiti that He said: "I wrote to Imam al-Ridha (as) asking about what to do if the sun or moon eclipses while I am riding and unable to dismount. He (as) wrote back to me saying, 'Pray on your mount, whatever you are on.'".

[4]يدل على جواز هذه الصلاة راكبا مع عدم القدرة على النزول كغيرها من الفرائض( م ت) و لا ريب في الجواز مع الضرورة كما هو مدلول الخبر و ذهب ابن الجنيد الى الجواز مطلقا و هو متروك.( سلطان).ص 548
