سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع عَنْ صِيَامِ أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ قَالَ إِنَّمَا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص عَنْ صِيَامِهَا بِمِنًى فَأَمَّا بِغَيْرِهَا فَلَا بَأْسَ.

Hadith.2045 - It is narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar, who said: "I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about fasting during the Days of Tashreeq. Imam (as) replied: 'The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) only prohibited fasting on those days in Mina. However, outside of Mina, there is no issue with fasting them.'"

[2]لا خلاف بين الاصحاب في صوم أيّام التشريق لمن كان بمعنى ناسكا و أكثر الاصحاب-- لم يقيدوا بالناسك كما هو ظاهر الخبر، و انما يظهر من كلام بعض الاصحاب القول بعموم التحريم و هو شاذ لكن الظاهر من الاخبار الكراهة في سائر الامصار كما ذكره بعض المتأخرين.( م ت).ص 171
