وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ:

بَعَثْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ع بِدَرَاهِمَ لِي وَ لِغَيْرِي وَ كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ أُخْبِرُهُ أَنَّهَا مِنْ فِطْرَةِ الْعِيَالِ فَكَتَبَ ع بِخَطِّهِ قَبَضْتُ.

Hadith.2083 - It is narrated by Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazi', who said: "I sent some dirhams to Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ridha (as) on behalf of myself and others, and I wrote to him informing him that it was for the Zakat al-Fitr of the dependents. Imam (as) wrote back in his own handwriting: 'I have received it.'"

[3]يدل على رجحان حمل الزكاة الى الإمام المعصوم المنصوص عليه السلام كما في خبر الفضيل. و قيل: و مع غيبته الى الفقهاء المأمونين لانهم أبصر بمواقعها. و في أبصريّتهم بمواقعها موضوعا كلام كما لا يخفى. و الخبر في الكافي بسند مجهول و فيه« قبضت و قبلت».ص 183
