لَا يَنْتَظِرُ حَتَّى تَكُونَ السَّاعَةُ الَّتِي يُصَلَّى فِيهَا وَ إِنَّمَا قَالَ ذَلِكَ مَخَافَةَ الشُّهْرَةِ.

Hadith.2564 - In a narration from Ibn Faddal, from Abu al-Hasan (as), regarding a man who arrives at Dhu al-Hulayfah or one of the Miqats after the Asr prayer or outside the time of prayer. Imam (as) said: "He does not need to wait until the time of prayer. The instruction was given [to pray at specific times] only out of concern for public visibility [to avoid attracting undue attention]."

[3]الظاهر أن هذه الجملة من كلام المؤلّف- رحمه اللّه- و حمل الخبر على الاتقاء عليهم أو التقية و يدلّ عليه خبر إدريس بن عبد اللّه في التهذيب ج 1 ص 468 قال:« سألت أبا عبد اللّه عليه السلام عن الرجل يأتي بعض المواقيت بعد العصر كيف يصنع؟ قال: يقيم الى المغرب، قلت: فان أبى جمّاله أن يقيم عليه، قال: ليس له أن يخالف السنّة، قلت: أ له أن يتطوّع بعد العصر؟ قال: لا بأس به و لكنّى أكرهه للشّهرة و تأخير ذلك أحبّ- الخ».ص 321
