وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع أَنَّ مَنْ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ نَاسِياً أَوْ سَاهِياً أَوْ جَاهِلًا فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ.
