وَ سَأَلَ سَعِيدٌ الْأَعْرَجُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع‌ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُنْزِلُ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنَ الْمَحْمِلِ فَيَضُمُّهَا إِلَيْهِ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ

لَا بَأْسَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتَعَمَّدَ وَ هُوَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ يُنْزِلَهَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِ‌.

Hadith.2714 - Saeed al-A'raj asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who helps a woman down from her mount and holds her close while in the state of ihram. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it unless he does so intentionally [with inappropriate intent], and he has more right to help her down than others."

[4]قوله« ينزل المرأة» الظاهر كونها امرأته دون الاجنبية. و قوله عليه السلام« الا أن يتعمّد» أي الا أن يكون ذلك لاجل الشهوة دون الضرورة للنزول.ص 362
