أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ ع عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ مَعَهُ امْرَأَةٌ فَقَدِمَتْ مَكَّةَ وَ هِيَ لَا تُصَلِّي فَلَمْ تَطْهُرْ إِلَّا يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ وَ طَهُرَتْ وَ طَافَتْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَ لَمْ تَسْعَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ حَتَّى شَخَصَتْ إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ هَلْ تَعْتَدُّ بِذَلِكَ الطَّوَافِ أَوْ تُعِيدُ قَبْلَ الصَّفَا وَ الْمَرْوَةِ قَالَ تَعْتَدُّ بِذَلِكَ الطَّوَافِ الْأَوَّلِ وَ تَبْنِي عَلَيْهِ.

Hadith.2761 - Safwan narrated from Abdurrahman ibn al-Hajjaj, who said: I asked Imam Abu Ibrahim (as) about a man who was accompanied by a woman who entered Mecca while she was menstruating. She did not become pure until the Day of Tarwiyah (8th of Dhu al-Hijjah). She purified herself, performed tawaf around the Kaaba, but did not perform the sa‘i between Safa and Marwa before proceeding to Arafat. Should she count that tawaf or repeat it before performing sa‘i between Safa and Marwa? Imam (as) said: "She counts that first tawaf and builds upon it."

[4]اما لضيق الوقت أو لنسيان، و قيل: ظاهر العبارة مشعر بأنّه لم يفت منها من أفعال العمرة الا السعى فتكون قد قصرت و أحرمت بالحج.ص 381
[5]الظاهر أنّها قصرت و أحلت و أهلّت بالحج و لم تسع فحينئذ تقضى السعى و لو طافت و ذهبت الى عرفات فيمكن أن تصير حجها مفردا و يكون عدم الاحتياج الى الطواف لذلك، أو يكون مغتفرا بالنظر الى المعذور الجاهل أو أحدهما و هو الأظهر من الخبر.( م ت).ص 381
