سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ الصَّبِيُّ إِذَا حُجَّ بِهِ فَقَدْ قَضَى حَجَّةَ الْإِسْلَامِ حَتَّى يَكْبَرَ وَ الْعَبْدُ إِذَا حُجَّ بِهِ فَقَدْ قَضَى حَجَّةَ الْإِسْلَامِ حَتَّى يُعْتَقَ.

Hadith.2900 - Aban narrated from Al-Hakam, who said: I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "If a child is taken for Hajj, it does not fulfill the Hajj of Islam when they grow up. Similarly, if a servant is taken for Hajj, it does not fulfill the Hajj of Islam until they are freed."

[7]بهذا الخبر يجمع بين الاخبار الدالة على جواز حجّهما و عدم اجزائها عن حجّة الإسلام يعنى أن العبد تكفيه ما دام عبدا فلا بدّ له من حجّة اخرى بعد العتق و الاستطاعة و كذا الصبى.ص 435
