[4]قال في المسالك: يكره الحجامة مع اشتراط الاجرة على فعله سواء عينها أم أطلق فلا يكره لو عمل بغير شرط و ان بذلت له بعد ذلك كما دلت عليه الاخبار، هذا في طرف الحاجم و أمّا المحجوم فعلى الضد يكره له أن يستعمل من غير شرط و لا يكره معه.ص 170
