صَاحِبُ الْجَارِيَةِ لِلَّذِينَ بَاعَهُمْ اكْفُونِي غَرِيمِي هَذَا وَ الَّذِي رَبِحْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَهُوَ لَكُمْ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ.

Hadith.3812 - Al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that he was asked about a man who bought a bondwoman for a specified price, then sold her and made a profit before paying the original seller. The original seller came to demand his payment, so the man who sold the bondwoman said to those who bought her: "Take care of this creditor of mine, and the profit I made from you is yours." Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in this."

[2]قال سلطان العلماء: لعله باعها الى أجل بالربح و لذا يسقط الربح لاعطاء غريمه حالا و الا لا حاجة إليه. و قال العلّامة المجلسيّ: الظاهر أنّه باعهم المشترى بأجل فلما طلب البائع الأول منه الثمن حط عن الثمن بقدر ما ربح ليعطوه قبل الأجل، و هذا جائز كما صرّح به الاصحاب و ورد في غيره من الاخبار- انتهى، و قال المولى المجلسيّ: الخبر يدلّ على جواز البيع قبل أداء الثمن و على جواز نقص الثمن المؤجل ليؤديه حالا.ص 219
