وَ قَضَى ع أَنَّ الْبِئْرَ حَرِيمُهَا أَرْبَعُونَ ذِرَاعاً لَا يُحْفَرُ إِلَى جَنْبِهَا بِئْرٌ أُخْرَى لِمَعْطَنٍ أَوْ غَنَمٍ.
