[2]لم أجده مسندا و يمكن أن يكون المراد به خبر الحسن بن صدقة المروى في الكافي ج 5 ص 471. و في بعض النسخ« جارية ابنه الا باذنه» و قال سلطان العلماء: يحمل على البالغ أو البالغة- على اختلاف النسخ- و عدم تقويم الأب فلا ينافى ما سبق، و الظاهر الجمع بعدم الاذن و الاذن.ص 452
