قَالَ عَمَّارٌ السَّابَاطِيُ وَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَقِيقَةِ إِذَا ذُبِحَتْ هَلْ يُكْسَرُ عَظْمُهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ يُكْسَرُ عَظْمُهَا وَ يُقَطَّعُ لَحْمُهَا وَ تَصْنَعُ بِهَا بَعْدَ الذَّبْحِ مَا شِئْتَ.

Hadith.4720 - Ammar Al-Sabati reported that Imam (as) was asked about the Aqiqah about when it is slaughtered, should its bones be broken? He (as) replied: "Yes, its bones should be broken, and its meat should be cut up. After the slaughter, you may do with it as you wish."

[1]يدل على جواز كسر العظم و لا ينافى قول أبي عبد اللّه عليه السلام في رواية الكاهليّ المروية في الكافي« يعطى القابلة الرجل مع الورك و لا يكسر العظم» حيث انه محمول على الكراهة أو أن ما يعطى القابلة لا يكسر عظمه.ص 487
