رُوِيَ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ:

كَتَبْتُ إِلَى صَاحِبِ الدَّارِ ع وُلِدَ لِي مَوْلُودٌ وَ حَلَقْتُ رَأْسَهُ وَ وَزَنْتُ شَعْرَهُ بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَ تَصَدَّقْتُ بِهِ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ وَزْنُهُ إِلَّا بِالذَّهَبِ أَوِ الْفِضَّةِ وَ كَذَا جَرَتِ السُّنَّةُ.

Hadith.4727 - It was narrated from Harun ibn Muslim who said: I wrote to the 'Sahib al-Dar' (Master of the House Imam Muhammad ibn Hassan Al-Mahdi (as)) saying: "A child was born to me, and I shaved his head, weighed his hair in dirhams, and gave its equivalent in charity." Imam (as) replied: "It is not permissible to weigh it except with gold or silver, and this is the established Sunnah."

[1]المراد بصاحب الدار صاحب الامر عليه السلام ظاهرا و يحتمل كونه أبا محمّد و أبا الحسن صلوات اللّه عليهما باعتبار كونهما محبوسين[ بالعسكر] فى دار سرّمنرأى التي هي مزارهما صلوات اللّه عليهما، و قوله« كذا جرت السنة» كما في الاخبار من عدم ذكر الدرهم بل الفضة و الورق و هذا الخبر مبينها كما ذكره الاصحاب و ان أمكن أن يكون جوابه عليه السلام تقريرا لفعله مع زيادة افادة أنّه لا يجوز غير الذهب و الفضة.( م ت).ص 489
