وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ السَّكُونِيِ أَنَّ ثَلَاثَةً شَهِدُوا عَلَى رَجُلٍ بِالزِّنَا فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ع أَيْنَ الرَّابِعُ فَقَالُوا الْآنَ يَجِيءُ فَقَالَ ع حُدُّوهُمْ فَلَيْسَ فِي الْحُدُودِ نَظَرُ سَاعَةٍ.

Hadith.5021 - In the narration from Al-Sakuni, it is reported that three individuals testified against a man for committing adultery. Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) asked: "Where is the fourth witness?" They replied: "He is coming now." Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) then said: "Administer the punishment to them, for there is no delay in enforcing legal punishments."
