وَ رَوَى عَمْرُو بْنُ شِمْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقْتُلُ ابْنَهُ أَوْ عَبْدَهُ قَالَ

Hadith.5246 - Amr ibn Shimr narrated from Jabir from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) regarding a man who kills his son or his slave. Imam (as) said: "He is not to be killed for that, but he should be severely beaten and exiled from his hometown."
