وَ قَدْ رُوِيَ أَنَّ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ وَ الْمَجُوسِيِّ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ لِأَنَّهُمْ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ.
