وَ رَوَى ابْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ:

إِنَّ فِي لِسَانِ الْأَخْرَسِ وَ عَيْنِ الْأَعْمَى وَ ذَكَرِ الْخَصِيِّ الْحُرِّ وَ أُنْثَيَيْهِ ثُلُثَ الدِّيَةِ وَ فِي ذَكَرِ الْغُلَامِ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً.

Hadith.5281 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Ayyub from Buraid Al-Ijli from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said: "For the tongue of a mute person, the eye of a blind person, and the private parts and testicles of a free eunuch, one-third of the full blood money (diyya) is due. However, for the private part of a young boy, the full blood money is due."
