وَ رَوَى ابْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ‌ قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ع فِي الرَّجُلِ يُضْرَبُ عَلَى عِجَانِهِ‌ فَلَا يَسْتَمْسِكُ غَائِطُهُ وَ لَا بَوْلُهُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ الدِّيَةَ كَامِلَةً.

Hadith.5282 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said: I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "The Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding a man who was struck on his hips, causing him to lose control over his stool and urine, that the full blood money (diyya) is due for that."
