Hadith.5379 - Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal narrated from Zharif ibn Nasih, from Aban ibn Uthman, from Abu Basir, who narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) regarding a man who intentionally killed another man and then fled, and he could not be captured until he died. Imam (as) said: "If he had wealth, the blood money is taken from it. If he had no wealth, it is taken from his closest relatives, and then from those next closest to him."
