وَ فِي حَدِيثٍ آخَرَ أَنَّهُ إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ وَ كَانَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُجِيزَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْوَرَثَةِ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَكُونَا عَدْلَيْنِ أُلْزِمَا ذَلِكَ فِي حِصَّتِهِمَا.
