وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الدَّيْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ‌ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ الْغَرِيبِ بِبَعْضِ دَارِهِ ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَالَ

Hadith.5590 - Muhammad ibn Sulayman Al-Daylami narrated from his father, who narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as). He said: I asked Imam (as) about a man who donates part of his house to a stranger and then dies. Imam (as) replied: "It should be appraised for its value, and its price should be given to him."
