وَ قَالَ الصَّادِقُ ع النَّوْمُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْجَسَدِ وَ النُّطْقُ رَاحَةٌ لِلرُّوحِ وَ السُّكُوتُ رَاحَةٌ لِلْعَقْلِ.

Hadith.5865 - Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), peace be upon him, said: "Sleep is rest for the body, speech is rest for the soul, and silence is rest for the mind."
